30 Days of Thanks Begin

Happy Fall Break! We hope you’ve enjoyed your long weekend cheering on the Dawgs!

We are excited to announce our 30 Days of Thanks campaign! For the month of November, EVERYDAY on our Instagram we will share some things our participants are thankful for, and every Tuesday and Thursday on Facebook we will share something ESP is thankful for (and do we have a lot!)

This month of thankfulness will culminate on the fourth annual #GivingTuesday, the global movement that signals the kick off of the giving season! Held on the Tuesday following 30daysofthanksThanksgiving (November 29th), #GivingTuesday harnesses the power of social media to spread kindness and enact real change in communities.

#GivingTuesday is the global day of giving back. Buy yourself something on Black Friday or Cyber Monday and then we invite you to give to others on #GivingTuesday!  Extra Special People cannot be successful without the support of our volunteers and donors. Through our special events and programs, we encourage the whole community to get involved in creating magic for individuals with disabilities and their families!

As we reflect on the incredible year we’ve had, ESP has so many things to be thankful for. Thanks to our Dream Builders, our community, and of course our participants, we’ve moved into our new home, had our largest summer camp ever, and are getting closer and closer to our dream of creating a fully accessible camp at Camp Hooray!

We are also SO thankful for are our fan giving-tuesday-1club members. By #GivingTuesday, our goal is to have FIFTEEN more fans! Whether you want to become a Friend of Fan Club, Varsity, All-Star, or MVP member, there are countless ways for you become part of the best fan club out there!

Every member who joins this month will receive a special thank you from our participants!

Keep up with our 30 Days of Thanks by using our hashtags #ESP30daysofthanks and #ESPgivingtuesday and get a head start on your giving by becoming a fan!
