CTL – there’s something about not sleeping at night that really bonds you as a staff. It’s incredible. Also, literally every day at ESP is my favorite memory!

If you could share a meal with any two individuals, living or dead, who would they be?

What is it about ESP that makes you so passionate about this organization?

The relationships built at ESP are so fruitful, not only for the participants, but also for the staff and volunteers. I have learned more through ESP in the past year than I have at UGA. Things that can’t really be taught, but can only be experienced. I continue to serve ESP with the hope that I can leave a lasting impact, as well as spread the area of effect that these phenomenal individuals will have on this community, state, and country.

Describe ESP in three words.

Exciting, Joyful, Fulfilling

If you could live inside any movie, what would it be?

Peter Pan, so I would never have to grow up. Oh and so I could fly.

What is it about ESP that makes you so passionate about this organization?

The people we surround ourselves with are the ones who shape us into the person we become. How can I quantify the amount of time spent with the staff, the campers, and everyone we interact with when the quality of the people I am with outweighs it ten fold? These are memories I will always cherish and that’s something that won’t ever change.

What is your favorite ESP memory?

When Thomas went to go climb the rock wall at CTL, I looked right and him and said, “you’re gonna do great.” and he kissed me on the forehead and just walked right up to the wall and put his hands on the rocks and started to go.

If you could share a meal with any two individuals, living or dead, who would they be?

Jesus Christ and Walt Disney

Meet Megan Williamson
