Arrival is suggested at 4:00PM for the Pageant. If you need a later arrival time, please let us know so that we may put your pageant tickets to use as we had a nearly sold out theater last year! You should then plan to arrive at 5:30 p.m. and we will place you in a limited area of VIP seating for banquet guests that choose to arrive to the pageant later.
Upon arrival at the Classic Center, please visit the table designated as check-in for the banquet guests. You will be provided with a nametag, your ticket to the pageant, bidding number for the silent auction, and table assignment for the banquet.
As banquet attendees, you will be assigned a bidding number for the silent auction. It will be located on your nametag. Your auction winnings will be transferred to the ballroom after the pageant so that you may check out with the banquet guests after dinner.
If you would like to purchase additional pageant tickets for non-banquet guests, please indicate the amount on your order form and submit payment for them at that time. Additional pageant tickets are $12 each.
If you have any specific seating requests (aisle, handicapped, etc.) please indicate that upon purchase. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill requests made within 3 weeks prior to the event.
FOOD ALLERGIES / DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
Please let us know of any food allergies or dietary restrictions of your banquet guests as soon as possible. Due to planning restrictions, we will need to be aware of these needs at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
